New Online Service Delivery
In order to effectively service our expanding client
base, ProLAN has geared up to provide an increased level of training via the phone line
using PC Anywhere 32. We are including PC Anywhere 32 in all new site proposals and have
planned a mix of onsite and online delivery of training and implementation services for
Job Cost Pro.
Saves the Client!
The PC Anywhere approach saves the client call out travel
fees for significant training sessions and minimum onsite charges, where a 30-minute
session may be all that is required.
Remote Clients Now Have
Support!
The PC Anywhere approach now allows new clients in remote
areas to receive similar levels of support and training for Job Cost Pro as their city
cousins.
What is required ?
PC Anywhere allows our consultants to dial in and take over
the operation of one of the PC's on your network (usually not the server). During this
process two phone lines are required to be in use. One phone line to allow the computers
to communicate (can be a fax line or other direct communications line) and one phone line
to talk on. When the online session is in progress our consultants can watch your operator
in action and advise on strategies as well as demonstrate solutions. Files can also be
down loaded during the session.
